Who Are We
In-House Plumbing & Services, LLC specializing in under slab plumbing leak detection & repair work was established by God through Carroll Pearson & Shawn Bucklew in late 2001.  Our goal was and will always be to help people in everyway we can, and show the love of God along the way.  Unfortunately Carroll Pearson passed away of a heart attack in June of 2004.  Although Carroll is greatly missed his memory lives on in all of us who were fortunate enough to have known him.

As a member of the BBB we are committed to providing quality service at an affordable price, while serving our customers with the utmost integrity, honesty and fairness. For your protection, we carry a 1 million dollar general liability insurance policy, and workers compensation insurance on all of our team members. We are so thankful for every opportunity we are given to serve our customers, and believe it is our pleasure to serve.

Because we were established as a strictly referral contractor, treating customers with the utmost respect has always been very important to us, we work very hard to maintain our reputation, and continue to earn the business of our customers for life.

Our motivation here at In-House has never been money, as a matter of fact, it has never been about the bottom line for us, as we decided early on, if we would take care of our customers, and referral sources, the bottom line would take care of it self.  And we can honestly say, that it always has.

Appling Biblical Principals to this business is very important to us.  Some of the ways we do this is as follows.  We treat others as we want to be treated, we give back to our community and worldwide in many different ways, we are a DEBT FREE Company, and our owners are also DEBT FREE, thanks be to God and Dave Ramsey. We would recommend this way of living to everyone.

We believe in giving our customers all information, helping them understand these types of problems, and giving them the tools to make the best decision possible.  We believe in admitting when we are wrong, and taking responsibility for our actions.  We have over 67 years of combined experience in the plumbing repair industry.
