I was born in Columbus,
Ohio back in 1976. Because of a severe recession
back in the early 1980’s in Ohio, my parents moved
from Ohio to Houma, Louisiana for jobs. Although
most of us wanted to move from Louisiana as soon as
we got there, we had to live there for about 7
years, and ended up moving to Mckinney, Texas back
in 1989. So as I tell everyone, I was not born in
Texas, but I got here as soon as possible, and plan
on never leaving. I graduated from Mckinney High
School in 1994, and immediately begin working in the
service industry in the DFW area, working for such
companies as Frymire Engineering, Axon Services, ETC
Heating & Air Conditioning, Metro Linen Co. Of
Mckinney, and Olshan Foundation Repair. The
experience I gained working at these companies,
along with the time I spent weekly talking to the
older more experienced people in my church, provided
me the opportunity to help start In-House Plumbing &
Services, LLC back in late 2001. Starting this
company has been a great blessing to myself and my
family, and we thank the Lord daily for the
opportunity he provided.
Carroll Pearson had been
in the plumbing leak detection and repair business
in the past, and back in 2001 he was self employed
as a Real Estate Inspector. He and I were attending
the same church, and talked about starting this
business for a year before we ultimately sat down
and decided to make it happen. I have to say that
Carroll Pearson was a true blessing to me, and this
business would not be here, nor would it be what it
is today, but for the work and sacrifice of Carroll
Pearson. He was a true blessing to everyone he met,
and continues to be the motivation of us here at
In-House Plumbing & Services, LLC. My personal goal
is to carry on his legacy through this business for
many years to come, providing service the way he
would have.
I have to say thanks to my
wonderful wife Rebekah for her support while we were
building this company to what it is today. I also
want to thank our team members for their hard work
and loyalty to our company, 3 of our team members
have been with us for 5+ years, and one has been
here for almost 3 years. It is a true pleasure for
me to work with these guys on daily basis, and I
firmly believe these are the guys that help make
this company what it is. And I especially have to
say thanks to my wonderful God for the blessings he
has bestowed upon my family and this business. It
is a true pleasure to serve him daily, and it is my
personal goal to know him better every day.
